If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, and it is a returnable item, simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.  If you purchased online and need to return or exchange an item, the process is easy.  Return the item to us in-store, or via mail.  Once we process the return we will issue you a full refund.
